The moment you walk through the front door of 22 Chaddesley Wood Road, Sandbanks you will be truly stunned by the beautiful views from the living room. Bournemouth and the Isle of Wight to the east and Studland Bay and the ‘Old Harry Rocks’ to the west, and the world renowned Sandbanks Beach immediately in front of you, - just a few steps away.
22 Chaddesley Wood Road is our much loved family home and for the time you spend here we hope you will enjoy sharing its pleasures.
Recently refurbished, 22 Chaddesley Wood Road is an original 1920s Coast Guard house in one of the most sought after areas in the country.
The house sleeps from 8 to 12 (with a little inventiveness) in its four double bedrooms, two of which are en suite.
The house is so much more than simply a beach house, elegantly proportioned, spacious, fully equipped, comfortably furnished and elegantly decorated.
22 Chaddesley Wood Road is located at the eastern end of a peninsula which forms one side of the long sandy beach that gives the area its name. The beach, renowned as one of the best in the UK, has once again been awarded 'European Blue Flag' status for 2016 – a reflection of the highest standards of cleanliness and water quality. The beach is so shallow that you can walk safely into the sea almost 200 yards .
You enter No. 22 through the substantial hall into a large L - shaped open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The middle section of the House has a gas log burning fire set into a chimney, a seating area with huge comfortable sofas, and a dining table the comfortably seats 10. The kitchen, dining and living room areas offers 180° panoramic views of the sea and coastline.
On Shore Road, at the bottom of Chaddesley Wood Road, you will find local landmark Jazzy’s restaurant and bar, the Sandbanks Hotel, and most essentially a well-stocked Tesco Metro.
Promenade along the Harbour wall, and you will come to another set of shops and restaurants including Rick Stein’s latest seafood restaurant.
